How does the 20% revenue share actually work? +
Each family enrolled in the program pays $65/month directly to Kids Sports & Fun. We collect payments and send your daycare 20% ($13/child) every month. You receive a statement and payment monthly. Zero invoicing, zero chasing — we handle it all.
What does my daycare actually have to do? +
Mention the program to your families. That's it. We provide flyers, talking points, and email templates you can forward. Your staff doesn't manage enrollment, billing, or sessions. We coordinate everything directly with parents.
Is there any cost to the daycare? +
Zero. Your daycare pays nothing. We provide coaches, equipment, curriculum, billing infrastructure, and parent communication at our cost. You simply earn 20% for access to your families.
What if parents don't sign up? +
Then your daycare earns $0 and loses nothing. There is no commitment, no minimum enrollment, and no cost regardless of participation. The only risk is the 5 minutes it takes to mention the program to your families.
How long is the contract? +
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 2 weeks' notice. We don't lock you in because we believe the program sells itself once families experience it.
Who handles liability if a child is injured? +
We carry $2M–$5M general liability through NFHS and additional excess coverage through NAYS (backed by Everest National Insurance, A+ Superior). All coaches are background-checked and CPR/AED certified. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance for your facility records on request.
What age groups do you serve? +
Ages 3–10, grouped by developmental stage. We offer soccer, basketball, flag football, and additional sports rotated seasonally to keep children engaged year-round.
Where do sessions happen? +
We come to your facility. You don't transport anyone. We use your existing outdoor or indoor space — a playground, a gym, a large room. We assess your space when we connect and adapt accordingly.
